Patricia Rubin

I am a senior and we took out a reverse mortgage with my husband. I'm not on the mortgage and I need to know if getting a living trust will keep me in the home after my husband dies, or will it just muddy the water. Should we just wait until my husband dies and follow our lenders instructions to stay in the house?
